Housekeeper

$19 per hour

• Clean available units and model homes, and common areas (e.g., pool area, gym, property office) as directed. Tasks include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping trim and molding, cleaning glass windows and doors, sweeping exterior patios, trash pickup and removal, and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Follow safety standards, manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations for chemicals or equipment, and proper infection control and universal precautions.
• At the end of each shift, clean and properly store equipment and supplies.
• Communicate opportunities for site improvements and/or repairs proactively.
• Complete other duties as directed by the property manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred.

• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with the prescribed uniform policy.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment.
