How You’ll Make a Difference

You’ll take the lead on a 580‑vehicle service fleet that keeps our technicians out in the field and our customers up and running. This role is about more than vehicles—it’s about ensuring our team has what they need, when they need it, to do their jobs safely and efficiently. You’ll bring structure, insight, and steady leadership to a fast‑moving, detail‑heavy operation, while helping us make smart financial decisions that support our long‑term growth.

What

You’ll Do
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of our service vehicles—from purchase and upfitting to registration, and maintenance
  • Partner with Finance to manage the annual capital plan, balancing cost control with operational needs
  • Lead day‑to‑day fleet operations, including vendor partnerships, compliance, reporting, and ensuring vehicles stay road‑ready
  • Guide and support a fleet administrator while driving process improvements, system alignment, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of hands‑on fleet management experience, ideally with a large or multi‑location fleet. Fleet Management Certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in capital planning, asset management, and cost analysis
  • Confidence managing vendors, systems, and complex processes with a high level of detail and accountability
  • A practical, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
