Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 – $33.08/hour, varying within the range based on location and qualifications. Position may be eligible for additional compensation including commission and incentive programs.
Coordinate and/or perform general maintenance and repair on buildings, facilities, and grounds. Duties include light carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, building and grounds maintenance, assisting with internal moves and space management, gaining familiarity with Facilities Maintenance concepts, performing complex repairs on equipment and facility grounds, basic maintenance duties including furniture moves, basic electrical and plumbing projects, painting, light construction and cleanup, assisting with event setups, lot repair (asphalt patching, sign repair), and light janitorial work.
Repair or replace doors and locks, respond to customer requests for building and/or equipment improvements, routinely inspect facilities and grounds for hazards and identify needed improvements, resolve issues where possible and elevate new or complex issues to higher level, document actions and daily work assignments, comply with the company’s Facilities Maintenance standards and policies, and assist with projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- OR a candidate may have a higher degree or certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.
- OR 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Skill and knowledge to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
- Medium strength; ability to lift 1–50 pounds.
- Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
