• Basic property maintenance & repairs
• Paint
• Clean vacant apartments as required
• Clean lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• Clean carpets, upholstered furniture, and woodwork; wash windows, doors, and windowsills
• Empty wastebaskets in the office and other trash receptacles throughout the community
• Replace restroom supplies and light bulbs as necessary

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos; write simple notes and fill out a Maintenance Service Request; communicate with residents and other employees.

• Valid state driver’s license

• Able to read and understand cleaning solutions containers
