Custodial Supervisor
Perform routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and surface sanitization.
Lead and guide a team of custodians to meet daily cleaning schedules and standards.
Assign tasks and provide direction to custodial staff during shifts.
Conduct inspections of work areas and ensure quality control.
Train new custodians on proper cleaning methods, safety procedures, and equipment use.
Maintain accurate supply levels and request replenishment when needed.
Ensure all custodial staff comply with safety protocols and workplace policies.
Report facility maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.
Serve as the main point of contact for custodial concerns during assigned shifts.
Support and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
Need to have reliable transportation to the following:
Knox St., Southlake, North Park and Galleria Dallas
Prior custodial/janitorial experience required.
Leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality standards.
Physically able to perform custodial duties (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if required.
