Tryfacta is seeking a Grounds Maintenance I for our client in Dallas, TX 75261. This is a temporary contract assignment.

Location:

Dallas, TX 75261 Duration: 3 months with possible extension.

Work Schedule:

5 days of week. 40 hours a week. 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Ensures walkway and curbside areas are clean and orderly.
• Operates the scrubber machine correctly to remove tough stains around curbside areas.
• Pick up trash and debris in the assigned area throughout your shift. Discard trash in trash receptacles.
• Continuously walk through assigned areas seeking items on the ground and dispose of them properly.
• Ensure all signs, benches, and trash cans are clean, wiped down, and emptied as needed.
