Maintenance Supervisor III – Dallas, TX

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our 258-unit community, Skyline Trinity, to help grow your career in the property management industry.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing building structures and grounds.

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors; assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, required equipment, and scope.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for job assignments.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase crew efficiency.
• Assist the Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget.
• Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum 2 years related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 200+ units.
• EPA and CPO certifications.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience a must.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as job requires.
