Porter Victory Park

Quantum Building Maintenance is seeking a reliable and hardworking part time Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive apartment community at Victory Park. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful grounds, and is committed to providing excellent service to residents and management.

Schedule:

Monday
-Friday 7 AM- 4 PM

• Perform daily grounds cleanup, including trash, debris, pet waste, and cigarette removal.
• Maintain the cleanliness of breezeways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other common areas.
• Assist with valet trash services and dumpster area upkeep.
• Clean and maintain community amenities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, and mailroom.
• Support move-ins and move-outs by keeping corridors and common areas clean and presentable.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, deliveries, and special projects as needed.
• Report safety hazards, property damage, leaks, and maintenance concerns to management.
• Maintain curb appeal throughout the day, especially during resident tours and leasing activity.
• Assist with emergency apartment cleanouts, trash removal, and light touch-up projects when needed.
• Ensure the property remains clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained at all times.

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, janitorial, housekeeping, or apartment community experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
