Job Summary: The Technical Support Rep - Floor Maintenance Representatives are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and perimeter areas of the store on a daily basis while providing superior customer service. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires detail and precision in their daily tasks. This job could include a position in the Receiving Department and duties will vary as assigned or listed in special requirements.

• Cleans, sweeps, mops, dusts, and maintains the entire store's cleanliness and safety
• Cleans and picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the store
• Responds with a sense of urgency to hazardous floor conditions
• Adheres to OSHA standards in chemical usage
• Utilizes HEB chemical program and correctly organizes/maintains stock in maintenance room
• Washes windows and mirrors throughout store
• Empties and cleans trash receptacles
• Maintains ceiling air vents and replaces light bulbs
• Assists customers in the location of product
• Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs
• Other duties may be assigned
