Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

The Legacy Midtown Park is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness of designated areas including hallways, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and proper manner.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies and reporting any facility issues.
• Support other team members with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
