Project Manager – Commercial HVAC (VRF Systems) Encore Mechanical, LLC – Southlake, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth Area)

Encore Mechanical, LLC is a trusted leader in commercial HVAC, specializing in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump systems. Known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation, we are growing our team and seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to help deliver exceptional results on complex commercial projects.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout
. This position is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating people, processes, and priorities to ensure successful project delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to drive on-time, on-budget completion
• Oversee and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Partner with internal teams on proposal development, procurement, and project planning
• Track project progress and proactively address issues to maintain standards for quality, cost control, and safety
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of project documentation, scheduling, and budgeting
• Familiarity with VRF systems or high-efficiency HVAC technologies is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus (equivalent experience considered)
