POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) oversees maintenance operations across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistency. The RMM leverages data to identify opportunities for cost savings, develops comprehensive preventive maintenance plans, ensures compliance with safety standards, and standardizes maintenance practices across properties. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to enhance the overall performance and longevity of property assets.
HOURSDue to the nature of the property management industry, this position must be available to work the last day and first day of each month.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Bachelor's degree or comparable relative experience; technical school training preferred.
- Seven to ten years progressively responsible maintenance experience with prior supervisory experience.
- Extensive experience with multiple building types, including mid‑rise, high‑rise, townhomes, etc.
- High level of proficiency with all HVAC system types.
- Demonstrated expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) if required on site.
- REAC or HUD experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and travel between markets and the corporate as needed.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to drive and insurance required.
