Pay Range: $15.50- $16 / Hour, based on experience and qualifications.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
• 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Must be willing to work weekends.

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Account Lead to oversee nightly janitorial operations at a commercial facility in Dallas. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for performing routine janitorial cleaning while leading the onsite team, ensuring quality standards are met, and serving as the primary point of contact between the cleaning crew and management. The ideal candidate leads by example, has a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform routine commercial janitorial cleaning according to the assigned scope of work.
• Lead and assist the onsite cleaning team throughout each shift.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify work meets Service Master Clean by Prime standards.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, common areas, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed.
• Safely clean and disinfect biohazard incidents when required while following OSHA regulations, company procedures, and all safety protocols.
• Properly wear and utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE) during biohazard cleanup and other assigned tasks.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, supply shortages, and client requests to management promptly.
• Train and support new employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure janitorial supplies remain organized and stocked.
• Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment.
• Maintain reliable communication with management regarding daily operations and staffing needs.

• Previous commercial janitorial cleaning experience is required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable performing biohazard cleanup and following established safety procedures.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, disinfectants, and OSHA safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Must successfully pass all required background screenings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to use a smartphone for communication and reporting.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and represent Service Master Clean by Prime in a courteous and professional manner.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities throughout the shift.
• Must be willing to perform biohazard cleanup using appropriate PPE and company-approved procedures.
• Must be committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services and maintaining company standards every shift.

• Experience leading commercial janitorial teams.
• Experience working in shelters, healthcare facilities, government buildings, correctional facilities, or other high-traffic environments.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers, floor machines, backpack vacuums, and wet vacuums.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
