Service Master Clean by Prime is a part of an organization with over 60 years in business. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part‑Time Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for clients in and around Arlington, TX.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is safety conscious, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a professional setting.

• Performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, windows, and walls.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of trash in designated containers.
• Surface cleaning and safely using appropriate chemical agents to disinfect surfaces and high‑touch areas.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet Service Master cleaning standards.
• Communicating professionally with clients and addressing specific cleaning needs.
• Reporting any issues or concerns, including supply shortages or equipment malfunctions, to the supervisor.
• Following company and client safety procedures, which is of the utmost importance.

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time‑management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.
• Must be able to work at different sites.

• 1–3 years experience.
• Availability to work 15–20 hours per week.
• Availability to work mornings and/or evenings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
