- Perform Projects as instructed by management, including but not limited to:
- Carpet Extraction, Encapsulation, Bonneting, and spotting
- Hard floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, polishing and scrubbing
- Facility periodic detailing duties as assigned
- Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs and any damages
- Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner
