• Assist walk‑in customers during business hours
• Maintain and update the Lost and Found system
• Research and verify the validity of all information before release
• Collect lost items from terminals and other areas of the airport grounds
• Photograph and log items
• Move goods and materials as required
• Receive, count, document, and secure items in a lockable container such as a safe

• 18 months lost and found experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Ability and willingness to work harmoniously in a team environment
• Strong leadership, but also a strong team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Thorough knowledge of airport operations
• Problem‑solving skills within operations
• Computer and typing experience
• Control the budget for labor costs and allocation
• Basic math skills
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 70 lbs
• Constant interaction with passengers and management
• Constant telephone and computer usage

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

DFW Airport, Texas, United States.

Full‑time/Regular position.

Required to study and successfully complete two weeks of paid training.

Open availability required. Schedule to be determined.
