We are currently seeking a Night Team Coordinator / Field Quality Inspector to oversee our night cleaning crews and perform on-site quality inspections.
Position Summary This is a key operations role responsible for managing night cleaning teams, conducting field quality inspections, supervising employees, and responding to customer needs. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate night cleaning crews and work schedules
Conduct routine quality inspections at assigned buildings and job sites
Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and company standards
Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventory
Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional manner
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and operational concerns
Prepare field inspection reports and daily activity reports
Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations
Qualifications
No prior experience required; candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to independently manage multiple job sites with a high level of responsibility and organization
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
English proficiency required
Spanish proficiency is a plus
