About this position
Location: Dallas, TX – Oaklawn/Uptown
Role: Maintenance Technician (Make‑Ready)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in completing turnovers/make‑readies of vacant units
- Be on‑call for 24‑hour maintenance emergencies
- Complete grounds work such as trash pick‑up and light landscaping
- Assist with various maintenance tasks: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of make‑ready/groundskeeper experience
- Own tools available
- Professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Schedule: Monday – Friday; on‑call 24‑hour emergencies.
Salary: $22–$24 per hour.
