Job Description & How to Apply Below
Load Tap Changer Systems Technologist & Training Lead Picture the start of your shift at 6:00 AM in our Dallas facility: you review the day's overhaul plan for an LTC, confirm test equipment is calibrated, and then split your time between bench work and guiding a group of learners through a hands-on module. By early afternoon, you're validating alarms and interlocks on a control cabinet and wrapping up with a concise test report and updates to a training SOP.

If that balance of precision work and teaching energizes you, you'll thrive here.
