Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Lead Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community in Dallas. You will lead and oversee maintenance operations, diagnose and complete service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and manage work orders to ensure timely completion.
You will supervise and coach the maintenance team, oversee turns, inspect quality, coordinate vendors, and ensure preventive maintenance is consistently performed.
