Summary Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Maintenance Team Lead, the Custodian – PT is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at the Nexus Family Recovery Center Facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provides a safe and clean environment in assigned areas.

Responds to facilities tickets for housekeeping as assigned by the Maintenance Team Lead.

Assures that cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained, stocked, and ordered in a timely manner.

Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Team Lead.

Assists with the upkeep of building and grounds of Nexus Family Recovery Center.

Demonstrates regular, predictable attendance and punctuality.

Other duties within the organization as assigned.

Competencies Good interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and approaches.

Basic mechanical skills.

Willing to learn new duties and skills.

Clear understanding of industry standards.…Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Certification, Licenses, Registrations Current driver’s license and good driving record required.

Follows HIPAA and CFR 42 guidelines for disclosing information.

Adheres to the agency’s compliance plan, code of conduct, and the Nexus policies & procedures.
