The Navigators' Eagle Lake Camps seeks a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and capital projects on-site year‑round. This role reports to camp leadership and drives the facilities team to support guests and ministry objectives.
You will develop a long-term facilities strategy, oversee budgets and vendors, and ensure safe, reliable, and welcoming properties at Eagle Lake Camps throughout the year.
