Position Overview:The Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) will support the night shift maintenance and operation of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This entry–to–mid level role assists with scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance programs. The Facility Supervisor I works closely with technicians and contractors while receiving guidance from senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating routine maintenance activities and minor repairs.
- Must be able to work Nights.
- Monitor facility operations including HVAC, lighting, and building upkeep.
- Support facility inspections and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain work order records and help track preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist with vendor coordination for small-scale repairs and services.
- Support facilities-related projects and improvements as assigned.
- Promote adherence to safety policies and support site safety initiatives.
- Provide basic reporting on facility issues, completion status, and follow-ups.
- Experience:
1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field. - Education:
Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.
- Willingness to learn and grow into increasing responsibilities.
- Ability to work occasional overtime or after‑hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
