Maintenance Program Lead

Choctaw Global seeks a Maintenance Program Lead to oversee multi-site facility maintenance programs supporting government and commercial clients. In this role, you will plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate vendors, monitor asset performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You'll leverage CMMS tools, maintenance data, and best practices to improve reliability and control costs. Working in a mission-driven, team-focused environment, you'll support projects that advance the economic well-being of the Choctaw Nation while growing your leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facility maintenance programs across multiple client sites
• Develop, schedule, and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Oversee vendor performance, work orders, and service-level compliance
• Monitor asset condition, maintenance records, and parts inventory
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in all maintenance work
• Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Prepare reports, budgets, and recommendations for clients and leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission and client needs
• Train and guide maintenance staff on procedures, tools, and standards
