Day Shift: M-F 7:00am – 3:30pm $33 per hour, paid weekly.
Position SummaryThe Senior Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical facility utility systems that support semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role serves as a senior technical resource, providing advanced troubleshooting, maintenance leadership, and operational support to ensure reliable 24/7 facility operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and operate facility systems through FMCS, BMS, and SCADA platforms.
- Lead troubleshooting and recovery of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to facility alarms, equipment failures, and abnormal operating conditions.
- Perform operational switching and support emergency response activities to maintain system reliability.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities on critical utility equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, reports, and CMMS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO requirements, and company policies.
- 5-10+ years of facility operations and maintenance experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, or similar critical environments.
- Experience supporting HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience with facility monitoring systems such as FMCS, BMS, or SCADA preferred.
- Avanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of critical utility systems and reliability practices.
- Understanding of OSHA, LOTO, and industrial safety requirements.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Experience using CMMS and facility monitoring systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Technical certification or military technical training is a plus
