Carleton Living is seeking a Service Manager to lead the apartment maintenance and preventative maintenance program. The role oversees the maintenance team, coordinating tasks, repairs, and safety processes to ensure property upkeep and resident satisfaction.
Ideal candidates bring HVAC certification (EPA Type II+), a CPO license preferred, and at least four years of apartment maintenance experience with strong multitasking and scheduling abilities. A valid driver’s license is required.
