ASD A Home for Life in Dallas, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician I to support the physical condition, functionality, and appearance of six ASD residential properties. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and basic upkeep across units, common areas, and building systems in compliance with HQS and local codes.
This role requires at least 2 years in residential maintenance, HVAC certification, a valid TX driver’s license, and strong communication skills to work with residents and staff.
