As a key member of our housekeeping team, the Floor Tech plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility. As a Floor Tech at Avir at White Rock, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our floors, carpets, and other surfaces to the highest standards.
About the Role:Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks to maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Restock and replenish supplies as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas and supply closets
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and protocols
report any maintenance or equipment issues to the management team
Floor Maintenance: Clean and maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
Housekeeping: Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning bathrooms, common areas, and patient rooms
Supply Management: Restock and replenish supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
Collaboration: Work with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Communication: Report any issues or concerns to management and maintain open lines of communication
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in a healthcare or housekeeping environment (training provided)
