Rosewood Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain outdoor public areas including walkways, entrances, patios, terraces, capstones, railing, and windows.;
Sweep, hose down, and pressure wash surfaces as needed.;
Remove trash, debris, and recyclables from designated outdoor bins and receptacles, and landscaping.;
Monitor and report any maintenance issues such as broken fixtures, lighting outages, or landscaping concerns.;
Wipe down exterior windows, sconces/lanterns, remove cobwebs, clean capstones, railings at all entrances.
