- Develop, coordinate, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, emergency work orders, and project-related tasks in the CMMS/MES system.
- Prioritize maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum asset reliability.
- Monitor work order progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Specialist to maintain an accurate inventory of machine and equipment-related spare parts.
- Issue and track spare parts for work orders, ensuring proper documentation in the CMMS.
- Ensure all parts usage is logged and reconciled to support cost tracking and audit compliance.
- Perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and project-related maintenance tasks as required.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production teams to maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life.
- Support implementation of reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Participate in safety and quality initiatives to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

On-Site Responsibilities :

- Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, industrial maintenance, or related field within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with injection molding, extrusion, die press, or vibratory welding equipment is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in CMMS/MES systems for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, verbal and written are essential.
- Ability to balance planning responsibilities with hands‑on technician duties.
