This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

The ideal candidate will have hands”ap on experience in plumbing and general maintenance, with the ability to create, update, and close work orders using mobile devices or tablets. Responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and equipment, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance. The role requires strong diagnostic and problem’solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
Candidates should be proficient in conducting equipment inspections, maintaining safety and compliance standards, interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation, managing parts inventory and replacements, and delivering excellent customer service while responding to maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish preferred.
