Maintenance Technician - Juniper

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance on the property;
Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list;
Access materials and manage inventory from the maintenance department and notify supervisor of re-ordering needs;
Document all work orders and maintenance activities accurately and timely;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and minor painting as needed
