Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property including HVAC, electrical, and paint touch ups;
Ensure that all guest rooms and the property are well maintained and in the best possible condition;
Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as computers, telephones, two-way radios, TVs, and maintenance tools;
Work under variable temperatures and noise levels, outdoors/indoors;
Lift and move objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
