Floating Maintenance Manager

Floating
Maintenance Manager
to join our team! In this role, you will support
three of our exclusive apartment communities
across the North Shore and Metro North regions:

• 14 North
  (Peabody, MA)
• Inwood West
  (Woburn, MA)
• Bradlee Danvers
  (Danvers, MA)

This is a dynamic position perfect for a skilled leader who enjoys variety, hands‑on problem solving, and traveling between close‑knit properties to maintain high community standards.

• Multi‑Site Oversight:Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and turnover schedules.
• Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and mentor on‑site maintenance technicians and porters.
• Preventative Maintenance:Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to keep building systems running efficiently.
• Vendor Management:Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, capital improvements, and turn assistance.
• Safety & Compliance:Ensure all properties adhere to local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
• Emergency Response:Share on‑call rotation responsibilities to handle after‑hours maintenance emergencies.

• Experience:Minimum of 3–5 years in residential property maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or manager role.

  Strong proficiency in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and smart‑home technology.
• Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with property managers, residents, and vendors.
• Mobility:Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Certifications:HVAC/EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is preferred; CPO (Certified Pool Operator) is a plus.

• $38/hr. – $40/hr., depends on experience + 10% bonus potential
