Floor Care Tech - Riverfront

Overview

To maintain all flooring surfaces (Carpeted, vinyl, rubber, or ceramic) in accordance with the standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department.

Work Experience:

• Demonstrates ability to remove and apply floor finishes, sealers, and ceramic coating according to set standards of quality and appearance.
• Monitors floor maintenance staff on quality, performance standards, compliance, training, and instruction.
• Observes and complies with all departmental and Hospital policies and procedures.
• Responsible for floor care programs.
• Attends training and safety sessions as assigned.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools.
• Ensures cleaning supply stock is kept up to designated par levels.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The compensation range for this position is $15.45 per hour - $25.03 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
