What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and apply pavement markings, lines, and symbols to asphalt surfaces.
• Clean, prime, and prep surfaces for paint application to ensure proper adhesion.
• Apply traffic paint, thermoplastics, and other coatings using stripers, sprayers, and applicators.
• Accurately lay out markings using blueprints, site measurements, and project specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and repair painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Work closely with paving crews and project managers to complete jobs efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in asphalt painting, line striping, or a related field.
Experience operating paint machines, stripers, and thermoplastic applicators.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise, high-quality work.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
OSHA 10-hour certification required.
A dependable, safety-conscious, and hardworking team player.

Someone who takes shortcuts and ignores quality standards.
A person unwilling to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Anyone who refuses to follow safety protocols or maintain equipment properly.
A worker who isn’t a team player and doesn’t communicate effectively.
