Clean and sanitize hospital patient rooms, especially after patient discharge, ensuring rooms are ready for the next patient in a timely manner;
Perform detailed cleaning of multiple floors, including wiping down equipment, dusting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas;
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout patient rooms, corridors, and designated areas according to hospital protocols;
Walk extensively throughout the shift, moving between floors and departments while carrying out housekeeping duties;
Follow all safety guidelines and infection-control procedures including lifting up to 50 pounds
