The Details:

Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. This is a labor-intensive position.

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.

Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging areas and equipment for each project, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Communicate with restoration supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes and follow directions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, fire damage repair, setup of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements with supervisors.
• Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site cleanup.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional overtime hours
• Previous experience in restoration or related fields is preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., attics)
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
