Caesars Entertainment is seeking an EVS Attendant to maintain cleanliness and safety on the casino floor.

Job Summary
  • Monitor casino floor, stairs, mirrors, glass and assigned areas to ensure quality and cleanliness.
  • Maintain appearance of gaming area: dust, polish/disinfect slot machines and seats, clean trash from between, behind, and on the floor around slot machines.
  • Completely clean entire casino floor area, vacuuming, cleaning carpets and carpeted areas, ledges, edges, glass.
  • Clean gaming tables as requested.
  • Dust and clean all casino signage.
  • Service assigned areas daily, including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting rest rooms, ash/trash receptacles, elevators, dusting, polishing, and sweeping.
  • Mop, sweep, and clean restrooms to include sink and mirrors, wall, toilet, vents, dispensers, etc.
  • Clean, sweep, mop and empty trash in offices, lobbies, bar areas, corridors, elevators, locker rooms and other work areas as directed by the supervisor or manager.
  • Monitor bathrooms to ensure they are always clean and orderly.
  • Maintain all equipment supplies and supply rooms in an orderly manner as instructed by Supervisor.
  • Remove all trash and recycling from all receptacles and dispose at designated locations. Operate trash and cardboard compactor following the Standard Operations Guidelines (SOG).
  • Report maintenance needs to Supervisor.
  • Report emergency repairs to Supervisor immediately.
  • Complete special assignments as assigned by Supervisor – Public Areas and above as requested.
  • Maintain break room and executive office facilities.
  • Participate in departmental safety and technical training programs.
  • Scrub, strip, wax, and polish hard floors in high‑traffic areas.
  • Collect and dispose of large amounts of trash.
  • Utilize specialized cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, high‑pressure cleaners, and industrial vacuums.
  • Wash and scrub walls, ceilings, and high‑reach surfaces.
  • Deep clean heavily soiled surfaces such as grease.
  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and stalls.
  • Undergo training on specific cleaning equipment as required.
  • Conduct exterior cleaning such as around compactors and loading docks.
  • Manage disposal of hazardous cleaning chemicals according to safety regulations.
How You Will Create the Extraordinary
  • Physically able to frequently crouch, push/pull, squat, and work above the shoulders with both arms.
  • Physically able to use both hands for continuous grasping.
  • Physically able to push, pull, and lift furniture items such as end tables, chairs, ottomans, lamps, and tables.
  • Able to work on ladders up to 12 feet in height.
  • Able to tolerate personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, safety goggles, and other protective equipment on a continuous basis.
  • Capable of safely operating motorized equipment.
  • Attention to detail with visual capabilities needed to inspect work upon completion.
  • Maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule.
  • Work in a crowded environment with high noise levels, cigarette smoke, and other odors.
  • Lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds, generally lifting from floor to waist and waist to shoulder.
  • Work effectively with other cleaning crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Tolerate common cleaning products.
  • Clean blood and bodily fluids when necessary with provided personal protective equipment.
  • Work standing, walking, climbing stairs continuously throughout an 8–10 hour shift involving stooping, stretching, squatting, lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting motions.
  • Available to work any shift on any day of the week.
