Responsibilities
- Pick up all debris onexteriorof property
- Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the parking garage
- Ensures all outside grounds of property are maintained
- Clean elevators by wiping down walls, cleaningtracksand replacing light bulbs
- Clean Trash out of moat andmaintainproper chemicals
- In the winter months,maintainentrances with ice melt products and scrapethe parking lot when necessary
- Additional duties as assigned
