• Lead a small crew delivering commercial power washing services
• Drive to multiple job sites daily using company trucks
• Ensure every project meets our high-quality standards
• Train and mentor your team members
• Handle customer communication and problem-solving

• Power washing, pressure washing, OR window cleaning experience (required)
• Clean driving record and comfortable driving trucks daily
• Leadership experience - you ve managed people before
• Flexible schedule - available for varied shifts (35-60 hours/week)
• Professional attitude with customers and team
