Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary

Help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by ensuring a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. Work on your feet, maintain a positive attitude, and give members a great impression from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps, use forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations to management.
• Cleans all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensures a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the company environmental sustainability program.
• Maintains appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies; rotates and stores chemicals properly and places orders when supplies are low.

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
