Maintenance Department Classification IV - Head Custodian needed for CHMS.

Permanent / Full time Position - $47,297

• High School Diploma required
• Driver's License required
• Must have locksmith experience
• Door hardware knowledge and installation experience preferred
• Advance carpentry skills required
• Good interpersonal skills; good communication skills
• Must be able to meet the phuysical/sensory demands of the position
