Maintenance Technician

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team of property management professionals at apartment communities in Dartmouth, MA.

• Electrical maintenance
• Plumbing maintenance
• HVAC maintenance
• Appliance repair
• Locks & keys
• Basic carpentry
• Painting and drywall repair
• Janitorial, grounds and snow removal
• Cleaning and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in buildings common areas and assigned areas
• Maintain exterior grounds according to company standards

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self‑starter, initiative
• On‑call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays
• Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues timely
• Reliable vehicle required
