Construction Coordinator Assistant

Assist Warehouse Manager in the daily activities that are necessary to support the fast-paced needs of a commercial construction company. The coordinator position will:

• Assist in the daily deliveries of tools and equipment required to support field personnel.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and equipment daily.
• Manage, organize, and maintain the inventory of the tools and materials that are supplied by our warehouse.
• Thorough record management of all tools and materials that are removed or returned to the warehouse.
• Maintain fleet maintenance, and appearance.
• Support facility care and management

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record, with the ability to pass the DOT requirements for driving a class C vehicle.
• The ability to perform heavy lifting and continuous rigorous activities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and effective team leadership qualities
• Extremely detail oriented with excellent communication skills
• Desire to perpetually learn and understand the characteristics of construction and company methods.
• Material recognition and system assembly knowledge.
• Recognition of job sequence and set up.
• Workplace enthusiasm and a passion for quality workmanship.
