Job DescriptionUnder direction, this full-time position performs routine building maintenance duties as required to repair, maintain, clean all areas in buildings and adjacent areas. Follows prescribed written or oral procedures in performance of duties. Performs general maintenance duties as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalency diploma and Two years proven successful experience in maintenance work or in the building trade industry is required. Valid driver's license is required.

Physical Demands- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, crawl, stoop, etc. Prolonged periods standing and walking are necessary.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to use and ride on industrial equipment as necessary i.e. forklifts, lawn and grounds power equipment, snow removal equipment as necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Checks and corrects anti-corrosion solutions in boilers. Replaces and adjusts belts and drives on HVAC equipment and pumps. Cleans and/or replaces filters in air purification and handling equipment. Inspects emergency lighting and exit lights. Checks expansion tanks on all boilers and drains as necessary.
