YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Davenport, IA community safe, clean, and well‑stocked. You’ll interact with residents, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with new home setup and warranty follow‑ups. A valid in‑state driver’s license and prior refurbishment experience are favorable; OSHA trainings are a plus.
