• Act as an ambassador for company values and implement programs to achieve corporate mission and goals.
• Facilitate and coordinate key personnel and operational processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize, schedule, assign, and perform daily custodial work routines; supervise as shift lead.
• Lead safety initiatives, train employees in safety practices, provide PPE, investigate accidents, and report concerns.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and ongoing coaching for current staff.
• Manage equipment and consumables; ensure adequate supplies of products and chemicals.
• Communicate requests, work orders, and other job elements effectively with the department management team.
• Coordinate and support building emergencies (fire/flood cleanup, snow/ice removal, etc.).
• Plan and perform major cleaning operations and supervise related projects with management follow-up.
• Supervise custodians daily, inspect areas for quality and adherence to service standards, and perform disciplinary actions when required.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• Custodial knowledge and basic mechanical understanding.
• Computer literacy; strong oral and written communication skills.
• College degree preferred but not required.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
