Part Time, Salary Range: $17.20 - $17.20 Hourly, Are you looking for an opportunity to work with an inviting culture and a great mission? Our custodial team is looking for a candidate to join our great leadership team. The position will be responsible for cleaning the Davenport Federal Courthouse using custodial equipment and cleaning materials.
- Use all custodial equipment properly and in a safe and efficient manner.
- Check level of all supplies daily and notify supervisor in time to reorder.
- Clean assigned areas thoroughly following Scope of Work guidelines and maintain high quality.
- Report any malfunctions to supervisor.
- Report any supply shortages to supervisor.
- Complete snow removal, mowing
The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 05:00AM-07:30AM The starting wage for the Custodian position is $17.20 per hour plus an additional $5.09 per hour for a health and welfare stipend for a total of $22.29 per hour.
