(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part‑Time Custodial/Janitorial positions in the Quad Cities Areas:
Davenport‑IA, Bettendorf‑IA. As commercial cleaning is a fast‑paced industry, scheduling and placement decisions can be time‑sensitive. If you are selected to move forward to the next phase of the screening process, it is important that you respond promptly once we reach out to you.

  Whether you’re looking for Part‑Time only, or just a few hours a week, we have shifts available that fit your schedule.
• Evenings & Nights!
• Convenient Locations: We have multiple cleaning sites across the QC area, so you can choose to work at locations that are close to home or best suit your needs.
• Pay Range: Between $11.25-$13.00. Based on locations, tasks, and other factors.

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Note:

Due to the fast‑paced nature of the industry, multiple building locations, and varying shift details, specific assignment information will be discussed during the phone interview.

Monday - Friday between 6AM-9AM.
